Architectural & Civil BIM Modeller / Drafter

Considering the expansion of projects and their transition to the live stage, we are actively seeking additional suitable candidates. Job Descriptions • Work closely with BIM Manager to translate the client and the project team’s requirements into detailed drawings and/or 3D Models for tender submission, projects, etc. • Ensure all related deliverables meet the relevant codes and compliance requirements • Rectify and update the 3D models and/or drawings in accordance with changing requirements and specifications • Maintain good BIM document/information control • On-site measurement, if required Requirements • Diploma in Civil Engineering or above, any other relevant qualification • Min 3 years of experience in the construction industry • Proficient in BIM architectural modeling, with min. 1-year experience in Revit • Knowledgeable in Civil 3D is a plus
