We are seeking a dynamic candidate as a full-time Customer Service Executive. Customer Service Executives are key to supporting the daily operations of the business and managing customer service relationships. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Ensure safety and well-being of studentsDeliver excellent customer serviceMeet brand standards (image and presentation, safety and hygiene)Establishing excellent rapport with students and customersEnsuring a positive and nurturing learning environmentAssist in the day to day operations of the centre and centre managementAssist in the day to day administration of the centre (roster, scheduling, payments, etc.)Assist in student enrolments (enquiries, assessments, registration, etc.)Assist in scheduling classes to ensure optimal use of resources (classrooms, materials, etc.)Proper and timely record keeping Requirements:Training will be providedProficient in standard English (required)Customer-oriented (required)Bilingualism is an advantage5-day work weekAble to start work immediately Available location: Central, North-East Working HoursWeekdays - 1:00 PM to 9:00 PMWeekends - 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM1 weekend and 1 weekday off Salary: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per monthProgressive salary incrementCareer advancement, management trainee track included Important: Please only apply if you meet the requirements.
