We're seeking friendly, service-driven individuals to join our team as Service Crew/Baristas. Provide exceptional customer service, prepare signature tea and coffee beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages- Handle cashier and order-taking duties- Engage customers, answer queries, and provide feedback- Maintain daily housekeeping, cleanliness, and product display- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic teamRequirements:- Fluent English communication skills- Service-driven, outgoing, and positive attitude - Basic F&B or bubble tea experience preferred (training provided for willing learners)- Barista experience with at least 4 years can consider for Senior levelWhat We Offer:- Attractive monthly commissions- 5 days work week- Attendance Allowance- Medical and Dental coverage- Annual Performance Bonus- Staff discounts (applicable for all the brands under BP de Silva Group)- Free drinks- Comprehensive training & Career Development Plan- Fun, dynamic work environment
