General Facilities ManagerThe General Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all dental clinic outlets and the corporate office. This role will ensure that the physical environment is conducive to efficient operations, patient comfort, and employee well-being. Main ResponsibilitiesOversee daily facilities operations, addressing issues related to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, structural components.Handle small maintenance tasks internally (e.g., changing light bulbs) to reduce the need for costly external contractors.Conduct regular inspections of clinic buildings to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.Coordinate and oversee contractors for major repairs, ensuring quality work and competitive pricing.Ensure facilities adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe environment for staff and patients.Act as the point of contact for any urgent facility issues that require immediate attention, including out-of-hours requests.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.Ability to perform basic repair tasks such as fixing air conditioners, changing lights, and addressing mould issues.Good organizational and problem-solving skills.Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks.Be available to assist clinics during weekends if necessary.
