Meet-and-Greet guests and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one. Perform static duties such as guiding guests to purchase tickets; to the entry turnstile and boarding for their flights. Ensure guests adhere to the safety requirements; be firm but polite. Checking tickets at entry point before admission. Coordinate the boarding of VIPs, Private Capsule guests, PSD guests, etc. Ensure the security is maintained at restricted access points. Crowd control: ensure proper queue system. Rotating shift work is required. Any other duties as assigned by superiors.
