The Synagie Commerce Academy (SCA) is the “Learning” pillar of Synagie’s Digital Commerce Management (DCM) System. SCA offers the latest thinking and best-in-class practices in digital commerce, powered through years of experience and supported with current insights. Our mission is to develop and nurture top digital commerce talents, equipping them with skills and practical knowledge to succeed in the ever-evolving digital commerce ecosystem. As a member of the Synagie Commerce Academy (SCA) team, you will be working closely with Syangie leaders and the HR team. You will assist in identifying both in-house and external learning needs, helping to crystalize and translate those needs into digital and in-person learning experience. In addition, you will have primary responsibilities toward the upkeep and operation of the Synagie Venture Lab. Your primary responsibilities include Training Material Design: • For internal talents development: skills gap analysis, leading to informed design learning interventions (aligned with development and organizational needs) • For external audience: market sensing and market matching, leading to prioritization of course development and rollout for external audience. • Work with stakeholders to define project scope • Co-develop / co-create multimedia content ideas (PowerPoint, videos etc.) with stakeholders • Conduct research to verify course content and appropriate course design according to latest trends • Conceptualize, design and produce effective and engaging multimedia learning content, including and not limited to training and presentation deck, multi-media storyboards and scripts. •Conceptualize, design and produce online and offline multimedia publicity creatives, including and not limited to: brochures, EDMs, online ad banners and product thumbnails (for SCA online stores etc)• Utilize AI appropriately and effectively to improve efficiency SCA Commercialization: • Actively support SCA commercialization and implement the BU activities and initiatives, including learners' outreach, providing admin support etc. • Manage and operate SCA’s learning space, the DCM Venture Lab • Support partnership with learning institutes, schools, and education-related partners & vendors • Support partnerships with industry associations, business chambers, and other stakeholders, to enhance the accessibility and relevance of our learning programs. • Support learners’ enrollment across our SCA channels / platforms • Work with learning consultants/professionals on SCA projects

As Supply and Demand Management Director, you will be the foremost lead of the organization’s sales and operations planning strategy. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing supply and demand forecast models, rounding up information gathered from the commercial and finance teams. In focus, this role is expected to ensure optimal stock levels and be able to seamlessly coordinate this information across the various teams in the value chain to supplement the final operating plans for the time period. This person will be collaborating with the leadership team in implementing improvement initiatives to enhance the business outputs. This includes, but not limited to, looking after commercial activities, process efficiencies, and business innovations. In detail: Co-build the demand forecasting model with the commercial team and IT Team at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons across business models (B2B and B2C)Lead the SDP team in reviewing historical sales trends, identifying demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models, and evaluating forecast resultsDevelop top-down view on demand plan from a supply perspective, ensuring defined sell-through, stock, and reduction targets in alignment with commercial strategy, financial plan, business unit direction, and capital tied up targetsFacilitate S&OP meetings and collaborations among commercial, operations, finance, and other support teamsUse the S&OP to lock down plans and cascading information to support cross-functional business unit planningManage S&OP activities to provide analysis that will aid in driving business decisions relative to improving service level, efficiency, and customer service via streamlining processes and cost savings projectsMonitor forecast accuracy and customer service KPI'sDevelop and implement strategies to manage inventory ageing, including monitoring and analyzing inventory ageing trends, identifying slow-moving and obsolete stocks and implementing measures to mitigate inventory ageing risks, including inventory write-offsLead the conversation with Sales Team and Brand partners on running down and removal of SLOBs in the warehouse and collaborating with Fulfilment Team to ensure of storage space optimization in the warehouses.Collaborate with Fulfilment team to identify reasons behind inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed to address inventory discrepancies and improve inventory accuracyLead the supply and demand management for strategic key accountsIdentify opportunities for supply and demand planning framework automation and lead the development of such tools together with the tech teamAny other duties as assigned by the management QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate possesses a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders with varying business needs. The candidate will establish a high degree of ownership and initiative, coupled with a consistent, detail-oriented focus as controller of new businesses for the company. The candidate should be obsessed with cost and process efficiency, with an incessant attention to the growing business requirements. Additionally, the candidate must have a strong history of managing projects to tight timelines, balancing multiple priorities, effectively working across internal stakeholders, and demonstrating effective communication skills appropriate to the audience. Other qualifications include the following: Must possess minimum of 7 years combined experience in supply and demand planning, supply chain management, inventory management S&OP management, and other related areasWell versed with Lean Six Sigma (Certification, a plus), forecasting, process excellence, and business set-upExperience in multinational businesses in the APAC region is preferredHold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline of study. Business, commerce, and industrial engineering-related studies are a plus but not requiredPassionate about supply and demand planning, business control, process excellence, and the ecommerce industry
