We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease. Responsibilities:Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.Assist in the coordination of meetings and events, including booking venues, preparing materials, and managing RSVPs.Provide support to the HR department with onboarding processes and maintaining employee records.Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.Handle confidential information with discretion.Support other departments as needed with various administrative tasks.
