Job Description
  • Manage Concierge Services as well as all Airport/ transfer services.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations at Front Office, assisting at Front Desk to handle guests’ enquiries and requests.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information to guests and other departments on a wide variety of services and facilities both within and outside the hotel, e,g: Events or Conferences in Singapore.
  • Ensure that all mail and messages are distributed without delay after receiving them.
  • Ensure luggage is correctly stored, labelled, and recorded in luggage control book.
  • Ensure that all items held for arrival/ collection are recorded and items are safely kept at the respective areas.
  • Ensure prompt follow up and charges to be posted for all transfer services. 
  • Ensure that emails coming through the general concierge email account are checked and responded to in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee all activity in the main lobby and assist whenever possible.
  • Assist in keeping the Lobby and work areas clean and tidy.
  • Brief associates on all group arrivals and departures, itineraries, name of groups, number of rooms and name of tour guide and current house availability.
  • Manage the delivery of high quality service to guests.
  • Ensure that guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
  • Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service.
  • Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints/ negative feedback.
  • Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate professional attitude and behaviour at all times.
  • Ensure that all reports and other deadlines are met on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

O' Levels

Must-have skills:

Proficient in systems (preferably Opera) and Microsoft Office. Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends
