Customer Service Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring Customer Service Officers to manage customer queries and complaints. CSO mainly handles all customer related concerns, and complaints. Address all needs of our customers and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide professional customer support.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Attending and communicating promptly to customer’s needs and queries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer feedback and concerns.
Knowing products inside and out to answer product queries.
Communicating and coordinating with the team and management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and increase customer retention.
Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have proven working experience in customer service.
Good and precise communication skills.
Customer Service oriented and passionate about serving customers.
Prior experience in the beauty line would be advantageous (but not required)
Ability to stay calm and excellent in handling difficult customers.
Comfortable using computers.
