We are looking for creative candidates with an eye for design, proven experience and passion for training all levels of Hair Professionals. Hair Salon Trainers must’ve rendered high quality service and expertise in delivering training to our team members while staying updated on the latest hair trends and styling methods.

Additionally, Hair Salon Trainers need to be expert "people person" to build good rapport with trainees and have genuine care for their improvement individually and as a team. This position requires good interpersonal and conversational skills too.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Adopt to the unique, diverse and exceptional best practices of the salon Renders high quality of service and expertise in delivering training
Give effective mentorship and create a training program that will upskill different levels of hair professionals
Establish rapport with trainees - Recommends necessary and productive changes or improvements
Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 5-year proven working experience or previous experience as a Master Hair Stylist or Trainer
Customer Service Oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills. - Creative mindset and a good eye for design and in giving critics.
Ability to communicate with trainees and provide excellent mentorship
Takes pride in his work and genuinely cares for the improvement of each trainees
Passionate about training and mentoring all levels of Hair Professionals
Willingness to impart expertise and contribute in the growth of the company
