Rate: Earn 3x more than regular salon (Basic Pay + Commissions)
Work Schedule : 5 days a week
Work Status : Full-time
Work Location : Ngee Ann City

ROLE OVERVIEW :

Adopt to the unique, diverse and exceptional best practices of the salon
Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
Give clients advice on how to maintain a hairstyle or look
Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.
Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.

QUALIFICATIONS :

At least 2 years relevant working experience/ previous experience as a hair stylist or colorist.
Customer Service Oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset and a good eye for design.
Ability to communicate with customers and understand their needs
Well-groomed and presentable (blend in with the Salon’s image)
Passionate about attending and serving customers
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
