Working Days : Mondays - Fridays

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our growing team to assist in managing the full spectrum of HR Functions.
.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assisting outlet managers in HR operations matters which include recruitment, staff onboarding, staff clearance, staff due probation, staff inter-outlet transfer arrangement and staff disciplinary case.
Ensure all employees are understood in all HR letters, Orientation, Employee Handbook, HR policy, Company house rules etc after conducting briefing or explanation & seek for signing.
Regular visit to outlets for any Company / Government new announcement briefing & observe the launching process & progress.
Support outlet staff meeting / training / staff bonding activities by gathering more ground feedback.
Handle Foreign staff management which includes employment visa / pass activities, passport renewal, medical check up, insurance plan, travel arrangement & welfare.
Handle quota planning & Government portals related to foreign employment.
Act as the main window person for all aspects relating to foreign workers for internal & external.

QUALIFICATIONS :
At least 1 years relevant work experience.
Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Management or equivalent
Good communications and writing skills
Result-oriented and goal-driven
Has excellent organizational and time management skills
Must able to work independently
Pleasant personality and outgoing
Knowledge of local employment laws
