- In the absence of Assistant Engineer, he/she is responsible for the assignment of job/task to Duty technician and ensures that such completed to the standard so established by the hotel.
- Collects approved work order sheet from Assistant Engineer and ensures that the work/task as described in the work order is carried out expeditiously and adequately
- On completion of the work/task, he/she completes the work order form by providing information regarding date/time, material used etc, as provided in the form.
- Ensures that all plants/equipment and utilities logging accurately.
- Received instructions from the Assistant Engineer on job priorities and attends to guest on engineering complaints as so directed by the Duty Engineer.
- Conducts and performs Planned Preventive Maintenance in accordance to pre-established PPM schedule.
