Job Description
-To build positive business relationship, provide leadership, coaching, consulting to the assigned stores in delivering excellent service and quality to meet customers' satisfactions at all times.
-Support superior in contributing positive business results to the area.
-Protect brand's and stores' image and cleanliness in ensuring stores structures, equipment and fixtures are in good condition, clean and housekeeping duties are performed routinely.
-Ensure service staff suggestive sell at all times to bring up the sales, average check and meet promotion target.
-Assist superior to achieve area and company business results as needed.
-Ensure stores perform shift control and all tasks are in accordance to standards consistently.
-Train and develop staff
-Other duty as assigned
Requirement:
-Minimum 1 year experience as a store-in-charge in management of F&B Operations
-Leadership skills
-Customer service skills
