Job Description

As a Warehouse Administrative Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our warehouse operations, ensuring seamless administrative processes and efficient handling of all orders. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.

 

Job Details:

  1. Document Management:
    • Process inbound and outbound paperwork accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain organized records of shipping documents, receipts, and other warehouse-related paperwork on a timely basis.
  2. Order Coordination:
    • Prepare list of orders for picking and packing on various platforms.
    • Coordinate with warehouse colleagues to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
    • Resolve any issues that might occur during operations and report in a timely manner to the superiors.
  3. Data Entry and Invoicing:
    • Enter pick data accurately into the system to generate invoices for specific customers and dispatch routes.
    • Assist in maintaining up-to-date inventory records and month-end billing processes.
  4. Customer Service:
    • Handle customer inquiries, including goods returns, in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Provide timely updates to clients regarding order status and shipment tracking.
  5. Inventory Management Support:
    • Assist in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
    • Work with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
  6. Ad Hoc Duties:
    • Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by management to support warehouse operations and overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

NITEC

Must-have skills:

Time Management Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Critical Thinking, Microsoft Office.
