The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Chinese and English and have a strong background in LED lighting, smart lighting control systems, and energy-efficient solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot smart lighting systems, including LED lights and temporary volt meters, in commercial properties.• Configure and program smart lighting systems, including app-based controls and sensor integrations.• Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.• Provide guidance and support to clients on the use of smart lighting systems.• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of installed systems to ensure optimal performance.Requirements:• Relevant experience in installing and maintaining LED lighting and smart lighting control systems.• Strong knowledge of lighting automation, sensors, and advanced control technologies.• Familiarity with app-based configurations and energy-efficient solutions.• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Electrical system maintenance
- Assign responsibilities and resources for inspection, testing, repair and predictive maintenance of equipment and systems
- Maintenance of air-conditioning systems as well as refrigerator systems etc.
- Recommend repair works and solutions to address equipment and system failures
- Structure maintenance, care of department tools, supplies and equipment etc.
- Conduct root cause analysis of failures and malfunctions
- Ensure compliance with Hotel’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Management System (EMS) guidelines
- Conduct WSH and EMS accidents and incidents investigations
- Develop and review operational plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) periodically
- Ensure rules, regulations and guidelines are adhered to
- Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
