Kitchen Steward (Part Time)

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Kitchen Steward to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Dishwashing & Sanitation

• Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchenware, utensils, trays, and equipment according to hygiene standards.
• Ensure all items are spotless and ready for service.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with kitchen staff to support efficient kitchen operations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Inventory Management

• Monitor and replenish dishwashing supplies as needed.
• Ensure minimal downtime during peak operating hours.

Time Management

• Handle a high volume of dishes efficiently during busy service periods.
• Meet operational and service requirements while maintaining quality standards.

Sustainability Practices

• Support waste reduction initiatives.
• Practice responsible water usage and environmentally friendly cleaning methods.

Flexibility

• Assist with other kitchen-related tasks when required.
• Demonstrate a positive and team-oriented attitude to support overall operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in dishwashing or a related role is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and remain composed during busy periods.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to start work immediately.
