Scheduler

Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Job Duties
- Monitor multiple simultaneous production/manufacturing schedule and capture any changes made
- Updating of BOM (material) list for individual projects into personalized schedule file 
- Act as main point of contact between customer internal warehouse teams and 3PL partners to ensure timely fulfillment 
- Monitor individual project picking/kitting progress, coordinate troubleshooting activities and resolve order fulfillment issues by collaborating with customer and the internal warehouse team to ensure smooth operations 
- Attend meetings with customer and address urgent demands, special customer requests, make swift decisions, and escalate matters when necessary to ensure service levels are met 
- Handle unforeseen operational or system exceptions 
- Arrangements for movement of physical material to and from offsite warehouse as per request – baseskid, generic, PDU 
- Coordinate and manage escalation activities to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain operational efficiency 
- Adhoc documentation, other duties and responsibilities as assigned
