Job Description
JOB SCOPE:
Support the Community Development Councils (CDCs) and Community Centres/Clubs (CCs) to engage and outreach to heartland merchants and hawkers.
Guide and encourage merchants and hawkersto sign upfor the CDCs' scheme.
Equip mercants and hawkers with the knowledge and skillsets during the on boarding process.
Perform simpletroubleshooting on IT devices for merchants,hawkers and residents.
Liaison for CDCs' merchants,hawkers and residents to handle enquiries and feedback related to the scheme
Work closely with other government agencies and merchant's associations
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by CDC.
REQUIREMENT:
Qualification is not a prerequisite as long as candidates have the competencies as required for the position
Good interpErsonal communication skills and able to handle hawker/merchant and resident enquiries with basic knowledge on useof smart phones and e-payments.
Multilingual or ability to speak dialect(s) is an advantage.
Proactive,persuasive and resourceful.
Physically fit to handle engagement work outdoors and able to work on evenings,weekends and public holidays,when required.
Passionate about contributing to and supporting local heartland hawkers/merchants and non tech savvy residents.
Able to work independently to meet the targets for the scheme.
Team Player who possess strong relationship skills

Working hour and days:Monday to Thursday (9am to 630pm) Friday (9am to 6pm)
Salary:$2000 mth
Working locat ons:Island wide 5 locations (Toa Payoh,Tampines, Paya Lebar, Woodlands,Jurong East)
