JOB SCOPE: Support the Community Development Councils (CDCs) and Community Centres/Clubs (CCs) to engage and outreach to heartland merchants and hawkers. Guide and encourage merchants and hawkersto sign upfor the CDCs' scheme. Equip mercants and hawkers with the knowledge and skillsets during the on boarding process. Perform simpletroubleshooting on IT devices for merchants,hawkers and residents. Liaison for CDCs' merchants,hawkers and residents to handle enquiries and feedback related to the scheme Work closely with other government agencies and merchant's associations Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by CDC. REQUIREMENT: Qualification is not a prerequisite as long as candidates have the competencies as required for the position Good interpErsonal communication skills and able to handle hawker/merchant and resident enquiries with basic knowledge on useof smart phones and e-payments. Multilingual or ability to speak dialect(s) is an advantage. Proactive,persuasive and resourceful. Physically fit to handle engagement work outdoors and able to work on evenings,weekends and public holidays,when required. Passionate about contributing to and supporting local heartland hawkers/merchants and non tech savvy residents. Able to work independently to meet the targets for the scheme. Manager, Ops Centre, Quarantine Operations Task Group (3 Months Contract) ($3800)

DAY Shift: 8am to 8pm (excluding handling over taking over between shifts) x 16 pax NIGHT Shift 8pm to 8am excluding handling over taking over between shifts) x 6 pax -Alternate working days. Must be prepared to worklong hours. Will be rostered for duties on weekends and public holidays. Mandatory Skills •• For two of the Manager positions in the Night shift and 4 in the Day shift, we prefer someone who has some technical expertise, ideally with competency in MS EXCEL VBA (Visual Basic For Applications) Job Responsibilities and Job Requirements To plan, coordinate and manage the issuance/rescindment/extension of Quarantine Orders, swabtest appointments and conveyance to the Government Quarantine Facilities (GQFs) for PUQs. To ensure that the necessary public health actions are carried out in a time in accordance to the policies and guidelines. To assist in resolving process and identifying operational gaps encountered for smooth facilitation of quarantine operation. To work with internal and external stakeholders to operationalise quarantine operation.s To assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating policies to ensure relevancy in accordance to situational changes. To assist in investigating incidents and provide recommended actions to resolve and prevent future incident.s To ensure the well-being of PUQs during their period of quarantine are well taken care of and all PUQs' requests and feedback are properly addressed To monitor and provide regular reporting on the status of the PUQs' journey during their quarantine. To track the performance of QOTG and vendors on completion of assigned tasks against the KPls and ensure that all outstanding matters are resolved within the stipulated time.
