Position: Constituency Management Executive (Temporary) ☆A Deployment x 100 vacancies
- Period: October 2021 onwards (6 months)
- Working Hours & Rostering: 9am to 6pm, 5 days a week including weekends (Officer needs to work at least 1 weekend per week)
- Location: Officer will report to the respective 92 constituency offices
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
-- Support Constituency Office (CO) with ongoing outreach and engagement to unvaccinated residents, as well as upcoming outreach and engagement to seniors for the vaccination booster ops which the surge is expected from Oct to Dec
-- Provide support to CC operations related to COVID-19 social and community efforts and other essential services to residents such as PCR tests, support to PUQs /PSHNs
-- Perform Community Club (CC) front line counter duties
-- Provide administrative support to the CO
-- Assist CO with facilities management
-- Assist staff in CO as directed by Supervisors
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED OF OFFICERS:
-- Officer is required to be Proficient in English
-- Proficiency in other languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Tamil, dialects are preferred
