Position: Customer Service Officer (Work From Home) MUST START ON 28 SEPTEMBER or 6 OCTOBER 2021! - Permanent Full Time - Working hours: Mon to Fri - 8am to 5pm, Sat - 9am to 1pm - Answer enquiries for inbound calls / via email - Make outbound calls to clear enquiries from the callers - Input the summary into company CRM - Daily reporting of calls to Team Leader - Minimum GCE O Level - Minimum 1 year experience - IT savvy - Must have own laptop and headset - Training via zoom
